45 Day Return: The Outlet offers a generous 45 day return policy on all store purchases. The term of the policy begins with the date of shipment and extends 45 consecutive days.
No Questions Asked: Your purchase may be returned for any reason within 45 days. This ensures your full satisfaction and confidence with your Dyson purchase from The Outlet.
No Restocking Fees: Your return will be refunded in full (see returned merchandise condition, below).
Returned Merchandise Condition: All returned merchandise must include original box, packing material, manuals, accessories, etc. Any items not returned will be billed at full retail value. Merchandise must be returned in near new condition (normal signs of use are acceptable). Damaged or abused merchandise may be refused for credit and returned to the buyer for returned freight cost.
Return of Merchandise: Please contact customer support for Return Authorization Number, Toll Free 1-866-927-4327. Return cost of merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. Customers may return merchandise through any commercially approved package delivery company, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc. All merchandise must be fully insured. If the customer is unable to make arrangements for return, The Outlet can make arrangements for pick-up and return of the merchandise for the customer, fees as follow: Standard Return Freight: $32.00, + (if applicable) pick-up of merchandise: $8.50, + Insurance $3.00. Customer may choose to take to any UPS drop off center and avoid the $8.50 pick-up fee.
Preparation for Return: It will be the customer’s responsibility to package merchandise in original packaging for safe transport. Returns cannot be accepted without the original box and packing material.

New Upright & Canister Models: Uprights and Canisters are covered by the Standard Dyson 5 year limited warranty when used for private household purposes. Models are covered against workmanship and original defects during the warranty period when used in accordance to the user manual.
Factory Refurbished Uprights & Canister Models: Refurbished Uprights and Canisters are covered by the Standard Dyson warranty for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. After a period of six months, The Outlet offers extended warranty coverage for a period of an additional 2 ½ years. Therefore, refurbished Dyson models purchased through The Outlet carry additional warranty coverage at no extra cost to you (see extended warranty coverage details, below).
Factory Refurbished Extended Warranty Coverage from The Outlet: Dyson Upright and Canister vacuums purchased through The Outlet are covered by The Outlet for an extended period of 2 ½ years. Items covered by warranty are identical to those covered in the standard Dyson limited warranty. If your refurbished vacuum experiences a problem after the first six months from date of purchase, please contact us at 1-866-927-4327. We will assist with the issue by phone. If we are unable to resolve by phone, we may elect to send simple “No Tools Required” replacement parts to be installed by the customer. If your issue cannot be resolved by phone or with simple snap in replacement parts, you may ship your vacuum to our repair center for warranty repair. If the problem is covered by warranty, we will supply all required replacement parts and labor. NOTE: Under the Extended Warranty Coverage provided by The Outlet, repairs must be completed and provided by The Outlet. The customer is responsible to ship the vacuum in the original Dyson box, or box suitable for safe shipment. The customer is also responsible for return shipment costs. If the customers shipping container is not suitable for safe return after repair, a $7.00 re-boxing fee will apply. Return shipping will be by UPS Ground, fully insured. A flat return shipping rate of $28.00 is applicable on all refurbished vacuums covered by The Outlet Extended Warranty. Warranty repair can generally be completed within 3 to 10 days of receipt. You will be notified by phone or email in regards to the status of your repair.

In order to receive warranty service, you will need to contact the Dyson Helpline with your serial number, model number, model name, and original date of purchase. The serial number is affixed to every on a serial number label. If you are unable to locate, a Dyson agent can assist.
In most cases, issues can be resolved with a single phone to the trained staff available at Dyson’s Helpline. If the Helpline is unable to resolve any issue covered by warranty, they will arrange to have your vacuum repaired at no extra cost to you.

Delivery for all items over $59.00 is free of charge. Orders under $59.00 are billed $7.99 for delivery.
The Outlet takes every measure to ensure you order is shipped the same day your order is placed. Orders will ship same day in accordance with the following guidelines:
Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays
Items ordered on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday
Items ordered during a holiday will ship on the following business day
Items ordered after 3:00 pm ET will ship the following business day
Vacuum Cleaners and other items over one (1) pound in weight ship exclusively by UPS. Any items with a weight of less than 1 pound ship by USPS.
Any items over $100.00 in value are shipped with signature required. We request signature to protect our customers and the items being delivered. Signature will ensure your order will not be left out in the weather or placed out in the open. If you feel nobody will be home to accept delivery, you may enter your business address as an alternate shipping address during check-out.
Any items under one (1) pound will ship by US Mail. Normally, signature is not required for these items. These items will be left in your PO Box or Mail Box.
You missed the delivery (UPS):
If for any reason the delivery person misses you, they (UPS) will leave a call tag with a toll free number to reschedule delivery. Please phone the toll free number on the call tag to reschedule delivery or pick-up at the local UPS Center. A total of three (3) drop off attempts will be made, free of charge.
Tracking your shipment (UPS):
Once we have prepared your package for transport, you will receive a tracking number and link by email. You may click on the link for instant up to date status and location of your package.
During check-out, a phone number is requested for each order. This number is issued to UPS for all orders over one (1) pound (note: the number is not released for to any other third parties. Your number will never be used for solicitation purposes.) The automated UPS system will contact your number 24 hours before delivery is to occur.
Under normal circumstances, your order will ship within 24 hours, Monday Through Friday. However, circumstances beyond our control may delay timely shipment. These circumstances may include: weather, periods of heavy order activity, out of stock items, holidays, etc.
Insurance & Damage:
All items ship fully insured. If for any reason you received an item that may appear to have damage, ask the delivery person if you may inspect the contents before accepting. If for any reason you are unable to inspect contents, have the delivery person note any damage to the box or packaging. If you inspect and find the items is damaged, have the delivery person note the damage and ask that the item be returned to The Outlet. All items damaged in shipment will be replaced with new.
